A position of HR Digital Solution Data Architect m/f has opened within the Information Management team.

You will take advantage of the global scale of our team delivering for the entire Airbus Group (Europe, United States, Canada, India, China, Oceania, …) to accelerate Airbus HR Data Driven transformation.

You will be a key member of our international Digital Data team that is recognised for its dynamic mindset in close partnership with our internal Airbus India team. You will guide our worldwide customers and design, build, deliver business-critical data solutions in HIMalaya, our SAFe Agile framework. You will provide highly valuable solutions for a wide range of Airbus Business domains like HR, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, Legal and external Partners/subsidiaries. You will also innovate and propose Next Gen HR Data self-services for the entire group Airbus Commercial, Airbus Helicopter and Airbus Defense & Space.

Responsibilities:

1) Data Product and Digital Solution Design:

  • You will work with HR business analysts, partners, managers and data scientists to invent HR Digital Data Solutions based on HR Data Lake, Data Analytics Platforms and/or on Airbus Corporate Skywise platform;
  • You will lead solution design, development and delivery to solve complex corporate problems, scale globally and guarantee robust and performant solutions based on SAAS and on premise components for 130K+ employees all other the world;
  • You will strengthen our Data Distribution Strategy for our entire group based on new Corporate Data Hub to allow and accelerate Data as a Service;
  • You will understand, support and challenge and/or guide our business domains to define the most valuable HR Business concepts and data insights;
  • You will liaise with other IM domains in Europe, US, India … to ensure solution will be viable and sustainable from a end-to end perspective;
  • You are able to deliver Minimal Viable Documentations (MVD) to ensure appropriate knowledge management and solution sustainability;
  • You think Business Data Flow, Data Quality, Data Security and Data as a Service is your ambition;
  • You like learning on your own, discovering new operational concepts and tackling a wide range of Business challenges;
  • You ensure your new solution Design, Integration and Operations through daily collaboration with international teams.

2) Digital Data governance:

  • You will actively contribute to our HR Data House to propose appropriate Data governance improvement and execution;
  • You will lead, guide or contribute from the definition of our ambition to our maturity ramp-up from HR Data Strategy, Data Catalog, Data Classification & Security Access, Data Distribution, Transformation, Quality and Value monitoring;
  • You will be part of our Avenger team to analyze strategic company data business cases and provide recommendations to our Portfolio Management board for appropriate decision making process;
  • You will actively collaborate with Corporate Airbus Data Architecture team to align and influence Data Transformation Strategy.

3) Innovation and Digital Transformation:

  • You will favor and propose efficiency improvement on SAFe/Agile methodologies;
  • You will continuously propose new ideas and valuable business solutions based on HR Data and Market new technologies through Proof of Concepts, Minimal Valuable Data Products, Pilotes, Products to enable breakthrough innovations;
  • You will keep proposing efficiency improvement on Airbus HR Data Distribution, Transformation and Value proposal through Data as a Service target to optimize HR Data Value through the entire group.

4) People & Collaboration:

  • You will Infuse new ways of working and data digital culture among your colleagues;
  • You will coach, educate, convince and support Products stakeholders and Management layers on Digital Data stakes.

Additional potential Responsibilities & Evolution:

You will be onboarded in a multicultural company facing a wide range of Technical or Managerial opportunities in IM: Cybersec, Architecture, Product Management, and/or in any other business domains (Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Services, …) of the company in Europe or in Airbus Regions.

Required skills:

  • Strong experience in leading data projects;
  • A Change and transformation mind-set;
  • Very good communication skills.
