As an Electronics engineer/PCB designer you will be involved in design, testing and qualification of Airbone electronics hardware for electric and hybrid powered aircraft, creating, and maintaining production and certification documentation as well as providing support to production.

What will your main scope be?

Design of electronics hardware for airborne and non-airborne systems, according to project and qualification requirements;
Creating and maintaining production documentation;
Providing support to production and procurement through the product life cycle;
Implementing new technologies into existing designs and researching methods for product improvement;
Performing high quality work and following best practice principles;
Producing technical data in a clear and comprehensive format so that the information contained within is inclusive and easily accessible to others;
Coordinating design work with production, maintenance, supply chain and other business units of the company as required;
Attend external training and internal company training;
Giving the highest priority to safety aspects in the performance of assigned tasks. Supporting safety investigations as assigned;
Working constructively with colleagues in the department and/or other business units of the company;
Suggesting improvements to processes, tools or any other relevant area in agreement with supervisor.

What do we expect from the candidate?

Degree in Electrical engineering (BSc, Ma, MSc...);
Basic or preferably advanced knowledge of electronic hardware (LV power supplies, analog and digital I/O, 8-bit and 32-bit microcontrollers...);
Experience with electric CAD – Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro/OrCad, Zuken, Eagle, KiCad or similar;
Proficient in Microsoft office products;
Fluent in both written and spoken English;
Proactive, self-initiative and team-oriented candidate;
Strong ability to think out of the box;
Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills.
