Energy Division (ED) is a strategic pillar of Alfa Laval Adriatic, to achieve our growth ambition for the coming years. We are looking the Head of Energy Division for Adriatic region. The Adriatic Sales Company is looking for a Energy Divisional Manager based in our Monza site.

About the job

In your role you will be:

  • Responsible for delivering and securing profitable growth for the ED Division in line with the Sales Company targets and objectives by utilizing the available human and capital resources in the most efficient way;
  • Responsible for formulating and executing the divisional business strategy in line with Alfa Laval group and Adriatic Sales Company strategies;
  • Member of Alfa Laval management team and Southern Europe Cluster ED management team, directly reporting to managing director of Alfa Laval Adriatic. Moreover, you will be responsible for leading, developing and securing a high performing Divisional team ( 20 people) in line with the Alfa Laval culture.

Your main activities will be:

  • Develop and implement Adriatic strategy according to Global Sales Service(GSS) strategy, with special focus on the ED Business growth;
  • Cooperate with Central ED business units across AL in business area of responsibility;
  • Analyse, develop and implement marketing and business strategies;
  • Forecasts Sales and budgets and monitor progress against objectives and financial targets;
  • Develop effective organization setup, reflecting market potential and strategy needs;
  • Lead the sales and operations team giving the direction and ensuring that they are performing according with the division strategy, Leading change management to adapt to new market;
  • Develop, motivate and coach direct reports to secure the development of relevant competencies in the division, and be "coach the coach";

What you know

  • You have an Engineering bachelor’s degree or similar;
  • 7+ years working as Sales Manager in managerial positions;
  • You have previous experience in industrial company (O&G and Energy is an advantage);
  • You are fluent in English.
