We are looking for a position as part of a team focus on strategic operations targeting improvement of Plant capability and effectiveness;
As main activity she/he will work on product feasibility, managing database ensuring the integrity and availability of data to provide feasible and optimized production plan to each plant;
Contribute to the overall strategic goals through collaboration and personal contributions;
Review operational metrics regularly with leadership and provide a detailed understanding of business performance for the function, as well as a detailed action plan when goals are not met.

Be responsible for developing and implementing continuous improvement programs on software/database solutions to meet business requirements;
To collaborate with the team to develop strategic direction for business;
Prepares appropriate documentation for assigned projects;
Working relationships;
Bridgestone Corporate Functions;
Manufacturing plants.

University: STEM degree;
Language: Fluency in English, others nice to have;
Digital mindset: solid knowledge of MS Excel, much appreciated experience on MS Power Bi and MS Access;
Problem Solving capabilities;
Ability to innovate and motivate others to change.
