About Project Manager

As a member of the Program Management Team, the Project Manager will lead cross functional projects for complex medical devices (new development/introduction, sustaining) across the whole solution delivery value chain.

Tasks

Manage projects (medical device new product development/introduction, manufacturing scale-up):
- From project initiation till commercial market launch of the product,
- Lead cross-functional teams (matrix environment): product management, R&D, supply chain, regulatory, quality assurance, etc.
- Create a favorable environment so that the project team can deliver at fast pace (be ready to deep dive in any subject),
- Ensure compliance with design control procedures & prepare (write and review) documentation for design reviews,
- Monitor progress (budget, timeline, deliverables, risks).
- Contribute to the implementation of best in class project management standards and methods.

Requirements

Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering (mechanical, microengineering, robotics, or related field).
3+ years of experience as a project manager in the medical device industry, covering product development and/or manufacturing.
Experience working in cross functional environments.
Knowledge of regulated industry: EN13485, MDR and/or FDA requirements.
Strong leadership, organizational and facilitation skills.
Excellent communication skills.
English Fluent, French a plus.
Certification in project management (PMI, IPMA, or similar) a plus.
Knowledge of Requirement management tool a plus (Polarion, Doors, etc.).
Willingness to travel in Europe (≈ 10%).
