Organization: The position is located in Blagnac - at the Airframe Services business line providing upgrades and turnkey services to Airlines and lessors. You will integrate the Programme & Perfo Management team.
Interfaces: You will work within a department with many interfaces across operations and support functions.
Mission: The Digital Performance Manager will be the key pillar to support the business line industrialization and digitalization journey by identifying, designing, leading IT developments and deploying digital solutions.
Duties and responsibilities: As Digital Performance Manager you will be on charge of
- gathering internal user business requirements;
- managing the solution backlog;
- designing wireframe of solution user interface;
- supervising the development;
- performing tests and acceptance;
- supporting deployment and users;
- ensuring the solution integration into Business Line ecosystem;
- disseminating digital culture into the Business Line;
- providing expertise on digitalization and data analytics.

- Curious, adaptive and open-minded as you will lead improvement/transformation initiatives;
- Customer focus meaning able to listen to the end-users or stakeholders and adapt to their needs accordingly;
- Good communication skills (English written & oral) to convince & influence people to change the ways of thinking/working;
- Digital skills and at ease with data collection & analysis as a pre-requisite for performance measurement;
- Good team player, willing to help other team mates whenever necessary (solidarity);
- Reliable and accurate, high level standard of expectations.
