Job Purpose
Develop Robust Modes, Methods and Standards for Tire Green Process design in the framework of Zero-Trial, BCMA (Bridgestone Commonality & Modularity Architecture) strategies and “Well-Born tire” quality targets. Directly apply those methods in the Green Process design of EMEA REP products leading to a fast, lean and quality robust scale-up phase. Maximize Standardization and BCMA deployment in all BSEMEA Plants Identify, Analyze widespread product quality issues developing solutions with special focus on potential general application
Job Description
Main Accountabilities:
- Green Process Design for the assigned REP lines, leverage on BCMA tools and standards;
- Tracing of differences between central Master Green Tire Model and Specific Plant instances under its responsibility;
- Solution of Quality issues before release in production of the assigned products;
- Analysis of Industrialization Outcome to confirm Gaps and Enhancement areas of the adopted models and tools;
- Contribute to the development and update of new Models and Methods, leveraging on the data generated during industrialization in BSEMEA Plants;
- Attending on-site visits for plant trials (highest priority scale-up or widespread issue experiments) and for meetings/workshops dealing with Modes, Methods and Standards deployment.

- Manufacturing plants in Bridgestone EMEA;
- All Functions within the Technical Center;
- Bridgestone Corporate Functions.
Technical skills
- University: degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aeronautical, Automotive);
- IT Applications and Programming: Very good proficiency on MS Excel, Knowledge of Relational Databases, Power BI and Python are a plus;
- Digital mindset: Ability to develop and/or apply new digital tools to support decisions is a plus;
- Learning and Change Agility;
- Other: Basics of Material characterization, former know-how of Tire manufacturing Process and Tools is a plus;
- Language: Fluency in English.
