Key Responsibilities:
Promote teamwork and effective communications to develop working relationships between all personnel and departments.
Design duties include:
- Design support for a variety of composite components and assemblies;
- Design studies for the concept stage of the new car design program;
- It will be expected to have a thorough knowledge of composite materials and production techniques;
- It will be expected to have a thorough knowledge of the F1 technical regulations;
- Follow all safety regulations in all venues;
- Other duties as assigned by their manager.
Education and work Experience:
- Must be a Graduate in Mechanical engineering with a strong knowledge of composite materials;
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a composite design engineer within motorsport.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
- Communication, ability to work under pressure, self-motivation, time management, conflict resolution, adaptability, willingness to learn, etc.
Equipment and Applications:
- Must be proficient in the use of CAD system: Catia V5/V6 3dx.
