Plastic Mechatronic Engineering Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates daily production regarding plastic molding area and conducts technology investigations and development to evaluate, improve and analyze plastic molding;
• Ensures the targeted process capability for the plastic molding manufacturing processes of complex thermoplast and thermoset product designs;
• Takes part in the development of engineering processes for the products in the field;
• Supports the implementation of the production lines and equipment in the field of molding;
• Development of manufacturing processes on production sites;
• Responsible for the creating and implementing L.E.A.N/CI ideas;
• Leading projects to reduce scrap and increase efficiency on the lines;
• Ensures the training, professional development and integration of the team members.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technologies, Plastic Processing or similar;
• Practical understanding of modern production and quality management tools;
• At least five years professional experience of process development, project and people management;
• Experience with automotive quality standards;
• Proactive, self-responsible way of working with high quality standards;
• Advanced leadership skills;
• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
