Main professional tasks

• Create manufacturing quotations for new business opportunities;
• Develop manufacturing concept scenarios based on production capacity, customer demand and long term plans, taking care of operational KPIs (production pattern, forecast, performance, productivity);
• Key person in design, industrialization and launch of new manufacturing processes, drafting preliminary PFMEA and FC;
• Key person in Manufacturing Gates tracking and lead for new programs;
• Coordinate suppliers during design, project planning, SAT and FAT;
• Create risk assessments;
• Coordinate and lead cross functional teams during project launch and project management (product, process, quality, complaints, equipment problems, performance, operational);
• Continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and production lines based on VSM analysis, increasing their efficiency and productivity;
• Supervising of Manufacturing processes, continuous feedback to the operation about deviations;
• Active support for projects (APQP) and engineering changes (ECN/ECR) on process issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering;
• Min. 10 years of relevant experience in Lean production environment, Automotive;
• Min. 5 years of relevant experience in in launch of new programs, Automotive;
• Preferred experience in coordination of technical teams or people management;
• Experience of manufacturing processes and equipments design, improvement;
• Conversational level English knowledge;
• Good information technology skills in MS Office applications; Intermediate Excel.
