Mechanical engineering and design of components, systems and plants for medium to high level complexity projects in prepared food and beverage industry;
Preparation of technical specifications and project documents (P&Id, 3D and layout, Bill of Material (BOM), functional design specifications, mass and energy balances, etc.);
Select and design products and solutions based on customer requests and applicable standards and codes;
Deliver input to improve current technical solutions and/or develop new solutions to ensure our competitive advantage;
Participate in internal project meetings and in external meetings with customers to discuss/clarify process and design issues and engineering activities;
Participate in commissioning and performance tests and assist in troubleshooting.

Mechanical Engineering degree or similar;
At least 10 years’ experience in relevant industries (food, aseptic processing or pharma) in equivalent roles;
Knowledge of thermal treatment processing will be considered as plus;
Experience with engineering codes and standards (EHEDG and/or other equivalent codes for hygienic design are considered as plus);
Experience with project documents preparation (P&Id, 3D and layout, BOM, functional design specifications, mass and energy balances, etc.);
Experience with commissioning support and plants start-up;
Computer skills: Advanced user of Autodesk package (Autocad, Inventor, Vault) and Microsoft ® Windows environments and Office package;
Advanced level (B2 or better) in written and spoken English.
