As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating the construction of our state-of-the-art production line at our production plant in Hungary (Recsk). Once the production line is operational, you will lead and coach a team of operators, where your leadership qualities will be invaluable. You will be the driving force behind the efficient operation of the production line, constantly striving for quality improvement and process optimization.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and overseeing the construction of our new production line;
- Continuously optimizing our production processes;
- Analyzing faults and deviations on the production line;
- Optimizing the line along with the production quality control of the products;
- Ordering necessary materials;
- Coaching and supervising the operators.
Your technical expertise enables us to efficiently address complex challenges and keep our production line running smoothly. Additionally, you will work closely with the current general manager to achieve our business objectives.
What does the job require?
- A master's degree in engineering;
- Demonstrable experience in project management, preferably in the industrial sector;
- Excellent knowledge of quality control processes and proven skills in process improvement;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams;
- Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of Hungarian is a plus.

Your base will be in Hungary, where we can provide housing. Alternatively, you can choose a schedule of three weeks in Hungary and one week in Belgium.
