What is the job about?

As an Associate Product Development Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from ideation to launch. Design, prototype, test, and refine products to meet the needs of our customers.

You will support the development and engineering of products with a cross-functional team, meeting customer demands agreed with product management. Analyse, define and support the implementation of new features in existing products to secure a fit between customer needs, available product features, and production capability. Handle daily tasks supporting the product technical documentation.

Your main responsibilities:

• Responsible for part of a product/technology area;
• Assisting and collecting data for problem solving and product maintenance (i.e. SAP data etc.);
• Prepare documentation in compliance with legislation, Grundfos processes, standards, and practice;
• Ensure updated product documentation (i.e. models, assemblies, drawings, SAP data);
• Deliver to product development projects;
• Conduct preliminary analyses for product changes/updates;
• Work according to prioritised task backlog;
• Contribute and support for a well-functioning and self-organised SCRUM team.

Your background:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or similar;
• Technical background (mechanical or electrical) is preferred;
• 3D modelling skills;
• Experience in Microsoft Office;
• Detail-oriented, effective, cooperative mindset;
• 0-1 years working experience;
• Proficient English – verbal and written.
