About the job

• As a Control System Engineer you are supporting the engineering team regarding the automation for appointed projects. Also you will be responsible for further standardizing and developing the control system;
• Participating in internal meetings with engineering to discuss/clarify issues and automation;
• Providing optimal design and provision of detailed information to the engineering and bid team;
• Participating in commissioning & performance tests and assist in troubleshooting;
• Collaborate with engineering teams to accelerate software development velocity with increased quality;
• Understand the complexities involved in the development of software;
• Proactively automate processes wherever necessary.

Who you are

• Master or Bachelor degree in Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, or comparable;
• At least a few years of relevant working experience;
• Experience in working with PLC’s and structured text, preferable B&R;
• Creative, analytical and conceptual skills;
• A self-starter who is able to come up with initiatives;
• A good knowledge of written and spoken English.
