Your tasks

Manage Stakeholders and Project Teams: Effectively manage stakeholders, both internal and external, across projects in Sweden and Denmark, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. Lead a team consisting of a Project Manager and two Commissioning Engineers;
Implement Programs and Projects: Develop and implement programs composed of multiple cross-functional projects, partnering with key business stakeholders to ensure successful project completion;
Project Planning and Execution: Facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine project scope and objectives. Design project plans, develop timelines, identify project milestones, and track performance against goals and timelines;
Issue Identification and Resolution: Identify, track, and work with others to resolve project issues promptly, ensuring that projects stay on track and meet objectives;
Project Status Communication: Monitor and communicate project status to the project team, providing regular updates on progress, milestones, and any potential risks or issues that may arise;
Budget Planning and Monitoring: Plan and monitor project budgets, conducting research and analysis to ensure effective resource allocation. Provide input into the design and development of project plans and timelines to optimize project outcomes;
Collaboration with Teams and Customers: Work closely with supply chain teams, operations teams, and direct customers such as Microsoft and Amazon, to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
