Develop code from the ground up to enable seamless integration between our factory equipment and our back end systems;
Create streamlined interfaces for engineering teams to develop automated product evaluation within our manufacturing systems;
Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement implementing 5S and lean manufacturing techniques. Defining OKR's and DMAIC for each process operations and step;
This position is critical for taking ownership in production planning, material incoming, work order creation and Manufacturing Execution System (MES);
Liaison and ability to manage projects involving multiple departments internally with engineers and externally with suppliers.

Successful engineering degree in industrial, production, mechanical, computer science or similar technical fields;
Experience using CAD and related PLM software. CAM knowledge is an added advantage;
Basic Front-end experience in Angular, React, or similar JavaScript framework;
Basic understanding of OOPs in Python, Go, or similar language;
Exposure to Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and SAP ERP know-how would be an additional asset;
High level of motivation, self-initiative, and adaptability to working in a fast-paced environment;
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English. German language knowledge is a plus.
