Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing the construction of CCGT and OCGT power plant projects as part of the Power Technologies department of the M RESET division.

Your role will encompass:

Participation in meetings with clients and subcontractors to align project objectives and expectations;
Developing and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation;
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful project execution;
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion;
Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints;
Regularly report status of projects, milestones, and risks to senior management and stakeholders;
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and vendors, establishing and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle;
Engage with stakeholders to gather project requirements, resolve conflicts, and ensure project objectives are met.

What you bring to the role:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Civil);
10+ years of relevant experience;
Demonstrable experience in managing more than one energy related projects in parallel;
MSc or MBA will be considered an asset;
Fluency in English, plus a European language is a bonus;
Capability to work independently, managing team dynamics and budgets proficiently;
Previous experience in project management with Power Plants;
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve outstanding results;
International work experience;
Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.
