Your responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Development Engineering team across the project portfolio;
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project development lifecycle;
• Oversee engineering studies, preliminary design, and technical assessments;
• Optimize projects for technical performance, cost, and constructability;
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and company requirements;
• Drive digitalization and continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and data management to enhance efficiency and quality;
• Manage technical risks and support project due diligence;
• Coordinate with Development, Grid, Civil, Procurement, and Project Management teams;
• Support technology selection, grid connection strategy, and project execution readiness.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or a related Engineering discipline;
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in renewable energy engineering, including utility-scale Solar projects;
• Minimum 3+ years of experience leading and developing multidisciplinary engineering teams;
• Strong knowledge of Solar PV, BESS, grid connection, and project development;
• Experience in project optimization, technical due diligence, and risk management;
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
