Job Description

• Manage and supervise the Production and Infrastructure management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs;
• Design and lead initiatives with regard to Production and Infrastructure management;
• Take responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility;
• Define and steer budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility;
• Manage and supervise multiple org units within Production and Infrastructure management;
• Propose and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth;
• Functional accountability for Production and Infrastructure management on country level.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Engineering or related field;
• 8-10 years of proven experience in a relevant role;
• Good knowledge of manufacturing and production concepts, performance and standards, continuous improvement;
• Profound understanding of Production and all interfacing functions;
• Comprehension of Engineering, Project Management, Planning and Production Management;
• Good commercial awareness and knowledge, including budget management;
• Strong critical thinking skills, initiative, integrity, strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
