Product Line Incubation & Advanced Technology

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the incubation and early development of a next‑generation Automotive MCU product line. This role focuses on shaping long‑term product and technology direction through close collaboration with customers, ecosystem partners, and internal engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead early‑stage product strategy for a new Automotive MCU product line, including positioning, priorities, and roadmap definition;
• Drive market‑ and customer‑informed input into MCU architecture, CPU requirements, and system capabilities;
• Engage directly with automotive OEMs, Tier‑1s, IP suppliers, and standards organizations to align product direction with future ecosystem needs;
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer inputs to guide strategic decisions;
• Collaborate across engineering, advanced technology, sales, and business teams to translate market insights into clear product requirements;
• Support global alignment with strategy and advanced technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline;
• Extensive experience in semiconductor product marketing or product management, preferably in Automotive MCUs or embedded processing;
• Strong understanding of MCU architectures, CPU/IP ecosystems, and automotive system requirements;
• Experience working with customers, suppliers, and industry standards bodies;
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, long‑term, early‑product environments;
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
