Industrial Project Engineer

Lead industrialization activities from project kick-off through SOP and ramp-up
Define and optimize manufacturing processes to achieve quality, cost, safety, and productivity targets
Manage project industrial timelines, CAPEX budgets, and development resources
Drive process risk assessments, PFMEA/FMEA, validation plans, and manufacturability reviews
Coordinate equipment sourcing, commissioning, and industrial acceptance
Lead prototype builds, production trials, and Run & Rate activities
Manage engineering changes and support continuous process improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturing plants
Monitor industrial KPIs and provide regular project reporting

Degree in Engineering or equivalent industrial experience
Experience in industrialization, manufacturing, or industrial project management
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial methods
Experience with project planning, CAPEX management, and budgeting
Knowledge of PFMEA/FMEA, DFM/A, and problem-solving methodologies (8D)
Understanding of production organization, quality, safety, and ergonomics
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
Fluent English communication skills
Leadership mindset, teamwork, and ability to work independently
