POSITION SUMMARY

• Designing and developing modular buildings for customized solutions in accordance with highest standards and demanding requests.
• Electrical design on projects (Electrical, Fire Alarm and Controls systems) during factory integration in Letterkenny
• Integration with other disciplines; architectural, structural, mechanical. Focus on general design, concepts, calculation, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cooperation with the design team in the development of CD (construction documentation) sets;
• Preparation of manufacturing documentation;
• Preparing BoMs for installation material and non-critical equipment;
• Engineering supervision and support when equipping modules at the factory (Letterkenny);
• Engineering support to service team and subcontractors;
• Involvement during the design stage trough content and constructability review, responsible for providing feedback (comments) into the design community;
• Collaboration with local service and with the company operations team (project management, quality control, manufacturing, testing team and construction) in defining a project deployment strategy and executing the project;
• Responsible for:
  • As Built Documentation;
  • FAT procedures (L3);
  • Installation manuals;
  • Assisting with Punch list items;
  • Etc.
• Communication with other Vertiv engineering specialists in order to implement the best solutions;
• Collaborate with local service to beneficially improve project execution;
• Engineering supervision and support during site constructions and commissioning.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor or master’s in electrical engineering;
• Required experience 1+ years on similar positions;
• Active user of: Windows, MS Office incl. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD;
• Proficient modeling skills required, preferred: Revit; EPLAN;
• Strong knowledge of English language, (B2);
