Your responsibilities

• System level testing of Fixed Wireless Access products and ensuring that the product quality matches customer requirements;
• System level testing which may include E2E Functional, Interoperability, Performance, Stability, Max Throughput, Stress and Provocative testing;
• Responsible for feature requirement analysis, test case design/optimization, execution, defect reporting and correction verification;
• Engage in optimization of system integration, verification and test automation processes;
• Set up and maintain E2E test setups in a lab environment, resembling real customer setups;
• Set up and use real E2E test environments and/or traffic simulators/generators (e.g Spirent, Amarisoft, iperf etc.);
• Provide training and support to less experienced team members as well as other internal/external stakeholders.

Your skills and experience

Must have:

• BSc or MSc in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent degree;
• Strong technical background in telecommunications (wireless or fixed networks), system and network performance test processes, test environment setup and debugging methods;
• Experience in some of 3GPP, 4G/5G mobile cellular or packet core network, TCP/IP, IPv6, WiFi, Ethernet, VLAN, TR069, TR369, QoS, call flows, protocols and technologies;
• Strong understanding of Linux based operating systems;
• Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills;
• Dedication and team spirit, self-motivation and ability to work independently;
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills;
• Continuous improvement and proactive mindset;
• 4+ years of successful product test or network integration experience.

Nice to have:

• Experience in 5G/4G Radio Access or Core Network configuration/optimization/verification;
• Network engineering and debugging expertise, CCNA/CCNP certification is considered as a plus;
• Hands on test experience in fixed or 4G/5G mobile network CPEs/UEs/ONTs;
• Experience and interest in the creation of automated test scripts using Robot, bash, TCL, Python etc.
