Your tasks:

• Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, providing technical guidance and supporting professional development;
• Drive testing and validation activities throughout the product development lifecycle;
• Support the design, integration, and optimization of automated test systems;
• Participate in technical reviews, project planning, and resource coordination;
• Failure analysis and regression testing on physical products;
• Develop and maintain test specifications, procedures, and technical documentation;
• Evaluate and benchmark test equipment, measurement instruments, and validation solutions.

Your profile:

• University degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field;
• Previous experience leading teams, projects, or technical workstreams;
• Experience with power electronics products, including DC/DC converters, onboard chargers, battery systems, or high-voltage applications;
• Knowledge of Vector tools, AUTOSAR environments, or similar automotive development ecosystems;
• Familiarity with National Instruments solutions such as LabVIEW and TestStand is highly desirable;
• Excellent communication skills in English.
