Job Description:

Metlen Energy & Metals is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our Sales & Proposals team, supporting the delivery of EPC projects within the HVDC and Thermal sectors.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact international projects, supporting both technical and commercial aspects of tendering and project development.

Your role will encompass:

• Supporting the execution of the Sales Plan and contributing to tender activities;
• Reviewing tender documentation and assisting in the preparation of structured project summaries;
• Coordinating inputs and follow-ups across internal stakeholders and Central Functions;
• Supporting the preparation of commercial inputs, documentation, and bid submissions;
• Assisting in client clarifications and communications during the tender phase;
• Monitoring and supporting contract negotiation processes for development exposure;
• Supporting risk identification and documentation;
• Contributing to overall bid coordination and administrative activities;
• Ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks and maintaining high-quality outputs.

What you bring to the role:

• At least 3 years of experience within energy or EPC projects;
• Basic understanding of technical and commercial aspects of EPC project execution;
• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline);
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills;
• Excellent command of English;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
