Responsibilities

• Participate in the structural design of various industrial projects.
• Ensure that all assigned projects are executed in accordance with the company’s quality management system.
• Promote an integrated and multidisciplinary design approach, collaborating across different engineering disciplines.
• Understand and address client requirements and expectations effectively.
• Stay up to date with industry standards, guidelines, and new technologies, and communicate relevant developments to your team.
• Collaborate constructively with colleagues, external partners (e.g., architects, piping and mechanical engineers), and clients to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications

Requirements

• You are a qualified Structural Engineer, holding at least a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• You have a minimum of 7 years of technical experience in structural engineering, specifically in the design of various types of steel structures.
• Experience in international projects outside Romania is considered an advantage.
• You have experience coordinating projects within industrial environments.
• You have been involved in all phases of structural projects, from concept to completion.
• You are proficient in using structural analysis software such as: STAAD Pro, SAP2000, or similar tools.
• You possess strong communication skills.
• You have a high level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
