Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate aerospace R&D projects from planning through execution.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project performance, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical targets are achieved.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate project activities across engineering and functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
• Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.
• Fluent English.
