YOUR ROLE

• Development of new products using Finite Element Method/Finite Volume Method/Finite Difference Method in cooperation with Design Engineers under limited supervision.
• Evaluating and developing new design concepts.
• Preparing reports and discussing simulation results with the engineering team.
• Collaborating and communicating with other Aptiv technical centers and divisions worldwide.
• Constant and systematic improvement of professional qualifications.
• Improving the quality and accuracy of simulation results.
• Suggesting design improvements based on simulation results.
• Implementing tasks on time and in accordance with Aptiv's corporate and Kraków Technical Center quality system.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Master's degree in Engineering (mechanical/electrical/thermal or related)
• Basic knowledge of CAD tools
• Good command of general English
• Knowledge of Ansys Fluent/Siemens FlothermXT/Siemens FloEFD/Siemens STAR-CCM+
• Good understanding of heat, electricity and mass transport principles
• Knowledge of thermal and thermal-electric measurements methodology
• Knowledge of fluid flow measurements methodology
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Mobility
• Ability to work under time pressure to meet deadlines
• Open minded and teamwork oriented
