Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for technical communication with the customer's technical team.
• Lead and participate in the system architecture design in the RFI/RFQ phases.
• Evaluate the customer's technical requirements and customer compliance matrix.
• Lead and be responsible for technical negotiations with the customer.
• Pay attention to and study the technical iteration of the EE system architecture of the power battery.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Degree in electrical, communication, microelectronics, embedded or other science and engineering related fields.
• More than one year working experience in Li-ion power battery industry or other ECU development experience.
• Familiar with the development, design and manufacturing technology of lithium ion power battery, and the current situation of lithium battery technology, and have a deep understanding of the development trend.
• Knowledge of traction battery electrical system or BMS control system and diagnostic system.
• Familiar with CANoe, MS Office.
• Strong self-learning ability and work drive.
• Strong communication skills, English can be used as working language.
