PPAP documentations for new articles.
Create new BOM and routings in SAP.
Prepare technical documentation, including process flows, work instructions, and process validation reports.
Lead the industrialization of new automotive products, from design through to mass production, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
Collaborate with product design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and optimization of designs for production.
Analyze and troubleshoot production processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reduction.
Develop and implement manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment necessary for new product launches.
Coordinate and manage prototype builds, validation activities, and pre-production trials to ensure product quality and process readiness.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as quality, cycle time, and cost, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Ensure adherence to automotive industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards throughout industrialization.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.

Bachelor or Master degree (mechanics, electronics, mechatronics, industrial engineering).
3-5 years experience in similar role.
Work Experience in Manufacturing transfer, New Product Introduction Projects.
Continuous improvement mindset and a result driven and quality driven approach.
Strong personal & communication skills in English.
SAP knowledge.
