As a Senior Subsea Trees Mechanical Engineer, you will lead the design and delivery of subsea well systems, owning complex engineering activities across the full lifecycle. You will act as a technical reference, ensuring robust, compliant and cost-effective solutions while supporting business and project objectives.

As Senior Subsea Trees Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Leading the full design lifecycle of subsea tree components and systems from concept through detailed design, manufacturing, testing and installation
Interpreting customer and engineering specifications to define and deliver robust technical solutions
Developing and approve layouts, 3D models and detailed drawings in compliance with company and ASME Y14.5 standards
Defining functional requirements, stack-ups, materials and assembly procedures ensuring design for manufacture
Owning and managing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and ensuring correct data handling within PDM systems
Planning and leading design reviews, including technical, materials, environmental and safety aspects
Performing and approving design verification activities including tolerance analysis, reliability, DFM and engineering calculations
Supporting manufacturing, testing (FAT/PVT) and field activities ensuring product readiness and quality
Identifying and implementing product and process improvements delivering cost-effective solutions
Ensuring compliance with international standards (API, ASME, ISO, NORSOK, DNVGL) and company procedures
Mentoring junior engineers and designers, define work packages and lead small teams to deliver on commitments
