Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and inspection of manufacturing processes from a quality perspective.
• Development, implementation, and maintenance of quality plans and procedures related to processes.
• Identification and investigation of quality issues arising during production processes, development of corrective actions, and monitoring their implementation.
• Application of statistical methods to improve quality and optimize processes.
• Participation in internal and external audits.
• Cooperation with production, development, and maintenance departments to achieve quality objectives.
• Preparation and maintenance of quality documentation.
• Conducting trainings and courses on quality-related topics.
• Making proposals for the improvement of processes and the quality management system.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Higher education degree in a technical field (e.g., mechanical engineer, quality engineer, electrical engineer, or a degree in a relevant field).
• Experience in the field of quality, especially in quality assurance of manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Knowledge and practical experience in applying statistical methods and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D).
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• English language skills at a communicative level.
