Senior Process Engineer

Analyze manufacturing processes through data collection, measurements and performance monitoring;
Execute process improvements to increase productivity, reduce scrap, and minimize material losses;
Develop and maintain process documentation, operating instructions, and best practices;
Support new product introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement initiatives;
Conduct process tests, upgrades, and validations of production systems;
Track and follow up on KPIs related to quality, efficiency and output;
Collaborate with quality, engineering, maintenance and production teams to resolve manufacturing and customer quality issues;
Participate in manufacturing projects, internal and external audits;
Provide process-related training and technical support to production operators;
Ensure compliance with company standards, EHS regulations and applicable industry requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or related field);
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial environment;
Experience in battery, automotive, electronics, or high-volume production is a strong advantage;
Advanced proficiency in English is essential;
Chinese will be an added advantage;
Strong MS Excel skills; experience with manufacturing systems is a plus;
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Good communication skills and a proactive, improvement-driven mindset.
