Purpose and Mission

If so, we’d like to meet you. As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes that ensure performance, quality, and cost efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute directly to operational excellence and successful product industrialization.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes and tooling solutions.
• Lead automation and continuous improvement projects to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Drive smooth industrialization of new products to serial production.
• Develop and maintain PFMEAs, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, and Work Instructions.
• Analyze production data, identify root causes of deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize process layouts, capacity, and workflow to ensure operational stability.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D teams to ensure robust and reliable processes.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements.

Skills

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering or relevant industry equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering.
• Strong understanding of machining, parts production, and automation processes.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone).
• Knowledge of PFMEA and Process Control Plans.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and strong ownership.
• Independent, innovative, and improvement-driven personality.
