Responsibilities:

• Ensure product design meets customer quality, weight, recycling, cost, and timing requirements;
• Collect and manage all necessary technical inputs from the customer;
• Analyze feasibility and lead design development internally or with Tier-2 suppliers;
• Manage technical information flow with CAD teams, suppliers, and customers;
• Lead design reviews, define action plans, and monitor CAD timing milestones;
• Propose technical solutions and support the Engineering Project Manager;
• Build geometry files and define part and product reference systems;
• Define and formalize tuning zones for tooling realization;
• Follow part realization and technically validate assembly drawings;
• Capitalize and document design lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• University degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Engineering field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design of injection-molded plastic parts;
• Proven ability to lead product design activities and CAD engineers;
• Strong knowledge of design-for-manufacturing principles;
• Experience in automotive product development environments;
• High level of technical proactivity and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities;
• Willingness to travel as required;
• Driving license B;
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher).
