Luminary Projects is currently looking for several Site Engineers to support small and large-scale data center construction projects in the Nordics.

We are looking for both CSA and MEP-focused profiles to join fast-paced international project environments with high technical complexity and strong delivery focus.

About the role

As a Site Engineer, you will support construction and technical delivery activities directly on site together with construction managers, subcontractors, design teams, and commissioning teams.

Typical responsibilities may include:

Supporting daily site coordination and construction activities;
Monitoring installation progress and quality;
Coordinating technical interfaces between disciplines;
Reviewing drawings and resolving technical site issues;
Managing RFIs, inspections, and technical follow-up;
Supporting QA/QC and commissioning preparation;
Tracking progress, risks, and blockers;
Working closely with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

We are looking for profiles within areas such as:

CSA/Civil/Structural/Architectural;
Mechanical/HVAC/Cooling Systems;
Electrical/Power/EL;
MEP Coordination;
Site Coordination;
QA/QC;
Commissioning Support.

We believe you have

Experience working on construction or industrial projects;
Experience from data centers, pharma, industrial, infrastructure, energy, or other technically complex environments;
Strong understanding of site-based project delivery;
Ability to work in fast-paced multidisciplinary environments;
Good communication and coordination skills;
Experience working with international project teams is a plus;
Previous experience from data center projects is highly valued, but not always required for the right profile.
