In this role, you would be leading the system validation activities, from the very early phase consisting of concept and strategy definition up to the final test execution.
YOUR CHALLENGES?
Represent System Validation in early project planning and ensure alignment of validation scope with project milestones
Define and drive the overall System Validation Strategy throughout the project lifecycle
Develop and maintain validation plans including requirements coverage, regression, robustness and release readiness
Lead and coordinate the System Validation team (test leads and engineers)
Plan validation resources, budget, capacity and required test environments (SIL, HIL, vehicle level)
Ensure structured execution of requirements review, test design, test implementation and defect management
Monitor validation progress, coverage, quality metrics and risk exposure
Manage defect lifecycle and drive issue resolution with development teams
Prepare and support system release reviews and engineering gate approvals
Represent validation activities in customer workshops and technical discussions
Participate in design reviews and support internal and external audits (ASPICE, quality, safety)
Ensure validation activities are delivered on time, within budget and at required quality standards
LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU…
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering or similar
ISTQB Foundation (Advanced Test Manager preferred)
Project Management training or equivalent experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive test engineering or system validation
Experience in System Validation Strategy definition and planning
Experience in SIL/HIL/vehicle-level validation
Experience in automotive development processes (ASPICE knowledge preferred)
Experience in project coordination and cross-functional team leadership
Knowledge of test tools and environments (e.g., Codebeamer, automation tools)
