Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute comprehensive vehicle durability testing programs
  • Develop and implement test control procedures and methodologies
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before, during, and after testing
  • Perform static and dynamic assessments of vehicle components and systems
  • Carry out precise vehicle measurements using advanced metrology equipment
  • Supervise and manage test routes, ensuring compliance with predefined testing conditions
  • Monitor test events, including major inspections, maintenance schedules, and measurements
  • Analyze and interpret test data, identifying potential issues or areas for improvement
  • Prepare detailed test reports, including data analysis and recommendations
  • Download and verify data acquisition systems, ensuring their accuracy and integrity
  • Liaise with clients, providing regular updates and technical insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize testing processes
  • Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans and procedures
  • Investigate and troubleshoot vehicle failures or anomalies during testing
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in vehicle durability testing
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and equipment
