Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

Are you a strategic leader with a strong technical background in analog design and mixed signal verification who is passionate about technical excellence and team development? You will lead a team of talented engineers in designing and verifying the functionality, performance, and robustness of complex designs, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring world-class products to market.

  • Lead a team of analog and mixed signal design engineers, driving innovation and excellence;
  • Provide technical vision for competitive automotive converter and precision analog solutions;
  • Define and execute the strategic IP Roadmap with cross-functional teams;
  • Lead the design and delivery of high-quality analog and mixed-signal IPs for automotive microcontrollers, meeting stringent safety and quality standards;
  • Drive innovation in IP design with novel methodologies, tools, and technologies;
  • Provide clear communication on progress, challenges, and resource needs;
  • Have technical and management responsibility for the team, including people management tasks;
  • Collaborate with Infineon organizations across sites, fostering global collaboration and supporting multisite projects.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

  • Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or related field;
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in analog design with a strong focus on IP development;
  • Understanding of analog design flows and tools (e.g., Cadence, Mentor);
  • Strong understanding of IP-level verification environments and methodologies;
  • Experience working within an SoC architecture;
  • Proven leadership experience, managing teams of design engineers in a high-performance environment;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to easily transmit your ideas/proposals in both verbal and/or written forms;
  • Fluent English.
