We are looking for a Homologation Engineer to join our team and support global compliance and homologation activities. This position plays a key role in managing regulatory data, software approval workflows, and preparing homologation packages across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support homologation processes, including software approval cycles and compliance tracking activities;
• Monitor and maintain regulatory databases and component certification records;
• Prepare homologation packages and technical compliance documentation for vehicles;
• Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and associated tracking tools;
• Participate in meetings and deliver clear, structured reporting on homologation progress and compliance status.

Qualifications

• Experience in homologation tasks and processes;
• Knowledge of EU and UNECE regulations for Whole Vehicle Type Approval;
• Familiarity with homologation tools and systems;
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
• Fluent in Italian and English language.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Vehicle Engineering, or related fields;
• Previous experience in automotive homologation or compliance, will be considered a plus.
