Your Tasks

• Technical and organizational leadership of the electronics and firmware development team;
• Clear goal setting, prioritization, and decision-making, as well as coordination of all team activities in close collaboration with project leaders and other team leaders;
• Responsibility for compliance with regulatory and normative requirements (e.g., verification, documentation, traceability) and for structured, quality-oriented development processes;
• Coaching and professional development of team members;
• Ongoing support for technical questions in the field of electronics and embedded systems, particularly regarding assessments and decisions.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a comparable qualification;
• Several years of experience in electronics and/or firmware development, ideally in a regulated environment as well as leadership experience in development teams or in a senior technical role;
• High professional credibility, decisiveness, and a strong understanding of quality and processes;
• Structured, pragmatic approach to work and the ability to clearly define and follow up on expectations;
• Good English skills, both written and spoken; German skills are a plus.
