Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• You are able to translate customer (internal/external) wishes into a BRD (business requirement document).
• You design and implement logistics processes for new or existing customers.
• You write test scenarios for new processes based on the CSA/CSV framework.
• You follow the medical V&V procedures to create/modify operational processes.
• You are able to design optimal physical layouts.
• You draw up process descriptions, that you translate into functional specifications, for the realization of IT system developments.
• You are closely involved in the assessment of (new) customer issues for logistics solutions and services.
• You are able to independently manage smaller projects and participate as an active member in larger projects.

What you’ll need to have to be successful and happy in this role:

• BSc (Logistics Engineering/Supply Chain Mgt. or equivalent).
• Job-relevant work experience.
• Solid experience and knowledge of Warehouse Mgt. Systems/logistics processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Office Excel (Visio/AutoCAD is a plus).
• Analytical strong; structured; critical thinking.
• Eagerness to learn; can lead and direct.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Good contact skills, you work closely with various Flex colleagues.
