Coordinate Commercial Testing and Competitor Benchmarking, introducing new, digitally supported criteria for Fleet selection.
Develop and drive the Market Insight Application (MIA) within Field Engineering, supporting the definition of Market Profiles and Product Applications.
Act as the primary interface with EMEA R&D, Product Planning, and MTT Regions to collect accurate market insights on Commercial Tire Product Performance.
Manage technical investigations related to OEM or market concerns, collaborating with R&D, Manufacturing, and Product Category Management, and provide timely feedback to OEMs and Markets.
Serve as the interface with MTT Regions, with support from R&D and Product Planning, to identify key priority concerns on Commercial Products; coordinate investigations and follow up on countermeasure implementation.
Support the Tire Product Suitability approval flow for EMEA markets for Commercial Products.
Coordinate VOB/VOC data collection on product performance to support R&D and Product Planning throughout the New Product Process gates.
Participate in cross‑functional team (CFT) meetings with Product Management and R&D to provide Field Engineering insights for New Product Development and Industrialization.
Run periodic Field Engineering Certification on Claim Handling, conducting dedicated assessments on the correct use of adjustment codes, in compliance with ISO/TS 16949 requirements.
Issue Technical/Service Bulletins to the Field Engineering team and Dealer Network when required.
Provide support during external ISO/TS audits, MTT Review Meetings, and Commercial Product Portfolio Review Meetings.
Conduct ad‑hoc adjustment analyses on Commercial Products upon request from stakeholders (GBS QA, Product Planning, R&D, etc.).
Qualifications & Experience Required
Education, Master, other certification:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering (5-years).
Experience:
Previous experience in the automotive technical branch.
