Design, analyze, and validate electronic circuits in alignment with customer specifications, using Altium Designer and other schematic tools;
Maintain and optimize the electronics BOM, implementing changes based on manufacturing requirements and supplier preferences;
Ensure robust hardware design that meets EMC requirements by applying design guidelines, incorporating feedback from reviews, and conducting circuit simulations (e.g., LTspice, Orcad);
Create and maintain Worst Case Analysis (WCCA) with full documentation of behavior, tolerances, and simulation outcomes;
Support HW unit tests, integration tests, and EMC/Pre‑DV/DV testing; contribute to test reports and technical documentation;
Define layout constraints (routing, current capacity, ESD/EMC rules, test points, mechanical constraints) in cooperation with the ECAD team;
Contribute to continuous improvement through standard circuit design development, proposing new solutions, mentoring junior engineers, and sharing technical knowledge.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field;
2+ years of experience in hardware circuit design;
Experience with LED systems or automotive electronics is an added value;
The knowledge of HW circuits is a must;
Experience with EMC principles, and practical experience with schematic and simulation tools (Altium, Orcad, LTspice, Multisim, etc.) is a nice-to-have;
Proven experience with BOM ownership, worst‑case analysis (WCCA), and design validation techniques will be an advantage;
English at B2 level, with clear and open communication skills;
Strong organizational skills, ability to make decisions, high self‑reliance, and strong customer/result orientation;
Innovative mindset, support teamwork, and contribute to continuous technical improvement.
