Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Improve efficiency, quality, and workstation ergonomics through flow management and Poka-Yoke implementation.
  • Operational Support: Partner with APU Supervisors to organize production and train operators on technical and quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze production processes using PDCA-FTA methodology to drive systematic improvements
  • Technical Oversight: Supervise the installation, regulation, and maintenance of production devices, including specialized welding stations.
  • Quality Authority: Monitor process compliance and exercise the authority to stop production in case of non-conformity.
  • Responsible for workshop dedicated for production process improvement (HOSHIN, MUDA hunting, SMED)

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree in Engineering (Automation & Robotics, Production Process Management, or related technical fields).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing production projects, preferably within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Language Skills: Good command of English (minimum B2), capable of communicating technical requirements clearly.
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes.
  • Practical experience with Lean Manufacturing tools WCM, FMEA, and PDCA.
  • Proficiency in CAD software.
  • Core Competencies: Effective planning, analytical thinking (including supplier management), and the ability to lead technical analyses.
