Systems Engineer with a Focus on Telecommunications

Your tasks:
Requirements management & system architecture: Collection, analysis, and prioritization of customer requirements in the field of telecommunications; derivation and specification of system requirements and their architectural design;
System simulation & feasibility studies: Performance of simulations for system performance; planning and implementation of proof-of-concept analyses for the validation of technical concepts;
Technical coordination & quality assurance: Management of technical product development, including the control of subcontractors; ensuring compliance with quality standards and project goals;
Integration & system testing: Planning and performing integration tests at the system level; support in acceptance processes and documentation of test results.
Your profile:
Degree in physics, electrical engineering, communications engineering, information technology, or a comparable field of study;
Several years of experience as a systems engineer in the field of telecommunications, ideally in the defense, security, or space sector;
Use of digital twins or physics-based modeling for high-precision simulations that enable accurate replication of real systems; experience in simulating radar behavior;
Understanding of RF front-end components, such as antennas, amplifiers, filters, and mixers, which are critical for signal processing;
Ability to analyze system link budgets, noise figures, and dynamic ranges to ensure the efficiency and reliability of communication systems;
Knowledge of antenna types, radiation patterns and beamforming; comprehensive knowledge of the operation of radar systems, including pulsed and continuous wave (CW) radars, phased array systems and tracking radars;
Very good English skills.
