Your Tasks
- Develop innovative digital modules for mixed signal integrated circuits used in hearing implants while taking concepts all the way to functional design;
- Execute a broad range of digital design tasks, including Verilog/SystemVerilog coding, simulation, synthesis, place and route verification, and analog digital integration;
- Apply modern digital design methodologies and cutting edge EDA tools to ensure efficient, reliable, and high performance IC architectures;
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external specialists to translate technical requirements into optimized solutions; UVM expertise is considered a strong advantage;
- Contribute to the full digital and mixed signal IC design cycle, from specification and prototyping through verification to silicon evaluation and application.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field, with a strong technical foundation;
- Ideally 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital CMOS IC design and proficiency with modern CAD/EDA tools; additional analog design know-how is a valuable plus;
- Strong motivation for delivering precise, reliable, and high-quality engineering results;
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; basic German skills are an advantage;
- Highly driven, independent, and goal-oriented, combined with a positive presence and strong collaborative mindset.
