Mission:
The Project Manager at TEKEVER France leads complex, multi-domain projects across security, defence, digital, and space product lines.
He/she coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of advanced technologies and the timely delivery of high-quality solutions or services.
He/she manages stakeholders at both technical and strategic levels, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.
By driving execution and fostering innovation, the Project Manager contributes to TEKEVER’s mission of delivering cutting-edge, mission-critical systems.
What will be your responsibilities:
- Project Leadership – Oversee and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives;
- Governance & Risk Management – Establish and maintain project governance, escalating issues and risks to leadership when necessary;
- Cross-Functional Leadership – Lead diverse teams across TEKEVER to drive project success;
- Project Delivery – Ensure TEKEVER meets contractual and capability commitments;
- Reporting & Communication – Maintain project communication and develop tailored reports for different stakeholders;
- Customer Relations – Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations;
- International Travel – Frequent travel to customer locations worldwide.
Profile and requirements:
- Advanced Education – Postgraduate degree in a relevant field;
- Industry Expertise – Aerospace or UAS industry knowledge;
- Technical Project Management – Experience handling multi-disciplinary technical workloads;
- Proven Experience – Successfully delivering complex projects under tight deadlines;
- Leadership Skills – Strong experience managing cross-functional teams;
- Stakeholder Management – Ability to engage with senior internal and external stakeholders.
Soft Skills & Language Requirements:
- Quick Learner & Adaptable: Ability to quickly learn and integrate new technologies;
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills;
- Passion for AeroSpace & Innovation;
- Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in English, with proven fluency at the C2 level in the language. Any other languages spoken are an advantage.
