As a Project & Technical Leader, you will drive cross‑functional technical projects across Architecture, Platform, and Module areas. You will lead end‑to‑end project execution - from technical direction to planning, budgeting, and delivery - ensuring that solutions align with business objectives. You’ll enable efficient collaboration across Business Areas, Platforms, and R&D teams to secure successful project outcomes.

What you'll do:

• Lead Technical Opportunity Assessments (TOA) for generation plan and cross‑category projects;
• Act as Technical Leader and/or Project Leader, serving as the main R&D interface;
• Provide technical leadership for cost‑ and quality‑improvement initiatives;
• Consolidate and maintain budget/FCx data, aligning with module teams;
• Promote consistent tools and processes for budgeting and project execution;
• Prepare quarterly BU and FCx reports and align deviations with stakeholders;
• Serve as technical reference across categories, functions, and regions;
• Support digitalization initiatives and adoption of new ways of working;
• Guide advanced development projects until defined checkpoints.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of leadership experience; R&D team management is an advantage;
• MSc in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience);
• Strong background in product development and new technology introduction;
• Knowledge of gated project/program management processes;
• Experience working in matrix organizations;
• Innovation‑ and consumer‑focused mindset;
• Awareness of digital trends (simulation, automation, AI, digitalization);
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
