Serve as the Technical Authority for all electrical systems, including power generation, distribution, and protection systems;
Ensure design, maintenance, and operation of electrical and HVAC systems meet functional and regulatory requirements for safety and reliability;
Own and manage Safety Critical Elements related to electrical and HVAC systems, ensuring performance standards are maintained;
Act as Contract Holder for electrical and HVAC-related contracts, overseeing performance, compliance, and continuous improvement;
Define and maintain electrical and HVAC spares strategy, ensuring timely and quality supply from contractors;
Investigate and resolve electrical or HVAC incidents, ensuring root cause analysis and lessons learned are implemented;
Provide technical assurance during brownfield design, commissioning, and operations of modification projects, including FAT/SAT and acceptance testing;
Support digitalization initiatives, including continued integration of electrical and HVAC monitoring into the digital twin and predictive maintenance systems.
Lead electrical and HVAC safety programs.
Your profile
Education: University degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
Relevant professional experience: >12 years;
Strong knowledge of power generation, HV/LV distribution, protection systems, HVAC systems, and hazardous area compliance;
Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, ATEX standards;
Experience with electrical modeling tools (ETAP, SKM) and HVAC design/maintenance;
Understanding of digitalization and predictive maintenance technologies;
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
Fluent in English.
